Supported Independent Living in NSW
Home should be the place where you can finally breathe out. We’re here to help you get there.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is NDIS-funded support in your own home, and we provide it across NSW. We help with the everyday stuff, from getting ready in the morning to cooking dinner and getting out to the places that matter to you.
How we can help you

- Support around the clock or at set times, depending on your plan
- Help with personal care, meals, medication and running your home
- Building the skills you want, like cooking, budgeting or catching the bus
- Housemates matched with care, so your home feels calm
What you can expect from us
We won’t send strangers into your home and hope for the best. Before you move in, we take the time to learn your routines, what stresses you out and what helps you feel settled. If things get hard, we’ve planned for that too, and we’ll be right there with you.

Your questions, answered
What does SIL pay for?
It pays for support workers to help you with daily life at home. It doesn’t cover your rent, food or bills.
Can I choose who supports me?
Yes. It’s your home and your life. We’ll talk through your team with you, and if someone isn’t the right fit, we’ll change it.
Do I need SDA to get SIL?
No. You can get SIL in an SDA home, a private rental or a shared home.
