Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is NDIS funding for homes built for people with very high support needs. We provide SDA homes across NSW, with your support planned in from the start.

What you can expect from us
Moving home is a big deal. We plan your home, your support team and your behaviour support together, so you’re not stuck in the middle of three different providers. And it’s still your choice. If you’d rather use a different SIL provider, we’ll work with them.
Is this right for you?

What’s the difference between SDA and SIL?
SDA pays for your home. SIL pays for the support you get inside it.
Will I pay rent?
Yes. You’ll pay a reasonable rent contribution, which is set as a portion of your income.
How do I get SDA funding?
The NDIA decides, usually using a report from an occupational therapist. Your support coordinator can help you start, and we’re happy to walk you through the steps.
